Dr. Y. C. REDDY is a DOCTORATE in Environmental Science and Ph.D was awarded in 1992 by Comenius University, Slovak Republic, Europe. The Doctoral Fellowship was Awarded by then Govt. of Czechoslovakia under Cultural Exchange Program between India and Czechoslovakia. This was only one Fellowship in Environmental Science for entire India.
Post Graduate in Environmental Chemistry in the year 1984 from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India.
Dr. Y. C. REDDY started his career as a pollution analyst, chemist and latter Joined Public Sector Company i.e. NEVYELI LIGNITE CORPORATION LTD as an industrial hygienist cum toxicologist, He has also worked as Assistant Director in VIMTA LABS LTD and started PARYAVARAN LABS INDIA LIMITED in the year 1993 with an aim of SERVING THE SOCIETY THROUGH PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

The R&D is equipped with instruments such as visible and UV spectrophotometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers, BOD Incubator, sound level meters, Respirable dust samplers, stack monitoring kits, Electronic Digital balance etc. The field sampling team has also been manned with portable pH, Conductivity, etc. meters, Dragger Tube pumps, noise and Carbon monoxide meters for immediate on-site monitoring and report generation.
Paryavaran Labs boasts of a well-stocked Model library with water and air dispersion and noise attenuation models. The models such as ISCST32, CTDMA, CALINE, Valley, Screen, Breeze, etc are inter-calibrated to share source and output filers to minimize programming inputs and enhance graphical representation of results.
